Starting January 2024, Singapore Permanent Resident (PR) holders and their spouses must take a online test after studying a 46 pages guidebook called “Welcome to Singapore: A Guide for New Permanent Residents.”
The test has 40 questions divided into three main chapters. To pass, applicants will need to score at least 80%. Not passing or incompletion of the test could affect the PR application.
